The file was created for 0.19” thickness wood measured on my calipers. That is the Home Depot Maple Purebond in the 10 Packs. Any other wood not this thickness, it will not fit the slots. I created it to be a tight fit. So at times a rubber mallet should be used to tap the sides in.
