Kerf Kitty was extremely popular and I have no idea why. He inspired a logo, a T-Shirt, and a cartoon drawing. I drew him just as quick file to teach people about Kerf in this video here:

Many people asked for the file and KERF KITTY took off. You can download Kerf Kitty from my Free File Library. Also I created a Kerf Finder tool. This tool will help you find the Kerf of your machine so you will know which Version of this file to cut.
To use the Kerf Finder Tool, Just cut it out. Black is cut, Blue is Engrave. I added the numbers on each piece just so when it all comes out you don't lose track of which is which. Cut them, and find the ones that fit as tight and snug as possible into the Top Holes. If your laser is focused well, that will be your Kerf adjustment. Glowforge Users, use the SVG. Lightburn users use the AI file. This will prevent SVG resize in Lightburn. We can't have this resizing as we are doing precise measurements. Let me know how it goes.
