Refunds

Since everything sold here is a digital download, no refunds are allowed. The only exception would be if the design itself is defective in some way. In that unlikely instance, Spin Customs will either correct the error in the design -or- provide a refund for the purchase price of the design.

Refunds will not be provided if the purchaser doesn't know how to utilize their design software and/or their laser software to make any needed edits to the design to fit their needs or materials.
