NOTE:
Inkscape, Corel and Lightburn Users should use the PDFs or AI files. SVG files exported from Illustrator resize. So to make sure they are same size as intended, then use AI or PDF then save out as SVG if needed. Illustrator and Silhouette users can use the SVG directly.

MEASURE YOUR MATERIALS WITH CALIPERS FIRST!!
This file contains a tray that is used as the cap catcher. It has slots and tabs and therefore YOU MUST choose the right file for the Catcher box in the folder called “Catcher Box”. I have provided options for various sizes of ¼” material, ranging from 0.18” – 0.25”. Be sure to measure your material with calipers FIRST! Then you can import the file of the Catcher Box that is closest to your measurement. Please watch the Setup and Assembly video and I show you how you can save material and place the box right inside part of the art work. To avoid sizing issues, import the file directly to your laser. Do not open and edit.

Setup and Assembly 
This link shows what’s in the package,how to bring into glowforge, including the box part, and assembly. Please note you do not have to do the 4th layer. I get away with just 3 layers using the screws I provide link for below for the cap holder. But the 4th back layer is included in the file in case you want to make it thicker.

Screws I use to attach the Cap Openers
Use ½” black screws to attach the Opener. I used these but you can use whatever you can find.
