MEASURE YOUR MATERIAL THICKNESS WITH CALIPERS FIRST. ADJUST. THEN CUT.
Please watch the video below how to adjust your base slot. You can adjust it for you own kerf, but I find making the slot hole 0.007β smaller than my material thickness works great for me for a nice fit. The frames are sized at about 6β tall. You can easily resize them as I show in the videos below. Just remember to scale them proportionately and then adjust your slot height.
